Ingredients:
2 oz / 60mls Mad March Hare Irish Poitín
1 oz / 30mls simple syrup
1-2 dashes bitters
Soda water (optional)
Orange slice (garnish)
Instructions:
In a rocks glass, combine Mad March Hare Poitín and simple syrup. Add bitters to the mixture and stir well. If desired, top off with a splash of soda water. Garnish the drink with an orange slice.
