Spicy Irish Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz / 60mls Mad March Hare Poitín
1 oz / 30mls fresh lime juice
½ oz / 15mls orange liqueur
½ oz / 15mls agave syrup
Fresh sliced jalapenos
Instructions:
Rim a margarita glass with lime and kosher salt. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Mad March Hare Poitín, fresh lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup and jalapeno slices. Shake the ingredients vigorously and strain into the prepared margarita glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
