Fubá was created by brothers Rafael and Cassiano Agapito, who were determined to produce the most delicious cachaça using traditional recipes, coupled with modern, sustainable techniques.

Double distilled in copper pots, Fubá has a much rounder mouthfeel than our mass-produced counterparts and has no added sugar, resulting in a dry cachaça that’s perfect for cocktails. A cachaça purposefully created for bartenders by bartenders.

All of Fubá’s ingredients are sourced from local co-op farms and sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our farms operate a ‘zero waste’ policy meaning leftover cane is burned to heat the stills and other by-products are returned to the fields to fertilise the soil.
